Thought Field Therapy (TFT) serves as a bridge between traditional psychology and the body’s energy system, offering a unique approach to emotional healing and well-being. Developed by psychologist Roger Callahan, TFT involves the strategic tapping of meridian points on the body to address emotional distress, phobias, trauma, and negative thought patterns.
