“Everything is possible. The impossible just takes longer.” ― Dan Brown
We are One with the Universe. This is where we come from, where we live, and where we will return to one day. To Oneness. Our time on Earth is an experience that can have many faces. There are so many different realities everywhere around us—different life situations. We strive to give ourselves the best life possible. The happiest. For some of us, it is not enough to simply follow the stream of life. We want to navigate it as well. To actively participate, dream, expand, and create.
The way we think shapes our reality. Our perspective is crucial when facing obstacles and hardships. Our attention and intention are the best possible tools in our everyday lives. How we talk to ourselves plays a big part in what we manifest. This is where affirmations come in very handy. A selection of phrases of your choosing that you can play with daily. It can be just one sentence, e.g. “Life is beautiful” because maybe you lost faith in it, or you just need a bit more beauty right now. We tend to affirm what we feel we lack. So if you don’t know which phrase to pick, start with that.
There’s a paradox here, though. Unfortunately, we cannot create from lack. We can only expand on what we already have. This is good news. By putting yourself in a state of abundance, as opposed to one of lack, where you are missing something, and practising gratitude, you start vibrating in a completely new way, and it is exactly this vibration that attracts what you are working on. You multiply what you’ve already got. There is one particular affirmation which needs to come at the very beginning of all manifesting, and that is:
“Everything is possible.”
Everywhere we turn, we stumble upon different affirmations: “I am healthy. I am loved. I am safe. I am abundant.” Are they useful? Yes, definitely. A positive approach to life is essential in all creation, although we should always look for balance. Remember, somebody invented the aeroplane and somebody the parachute. The question is, how come the affirmations don’t always work? We affirm, but the desired change escapes us. Is it faith? Do we need to believe in something for it to be(come) true? That certainly helps, but it is not as essential as one might think. For example, we don’t have to see the air to know it exists. We don’t have to believe human beings have a heart for it to keep beating in our chest. So, what is it then? We practise this new technique, we implement it in some way in our routine, and it still doesn’t work. Sure, there can be several reasons, but the real issue is:
We don’t have enough space in our lives for the things we desire to happen.
We are working overtime, constantly filling our inner space with thoughts, which turn into emotions, which create more thoughts, and the circle goes on and on. Our experiences have brought us to this moment, and we remember the process. We don’t think there could ever really be a different outcome. And sometimes we don’t even feel like we truly deserve it. We are overwhelmed by the past. So, how do we create that necessary space? By allowing the following to become a reality first:
“Everything is possible.”
Let it sink in. Open the doors of your imagination. Close your eyes and let go of everything just for a moment. There are no rules to this universe of yours anymore. You are the Creator of your reality. Nothing has to stay the same. There are endless possibilities all around you. Everything is within reach. It goes beyond your wildest fantasies, all this goodness of life that is coming your way. You can still get surprised by life in the best possible way. It can be true. It is true for you. Everything is possible.
Only when we make room for this idea that anything can happen in our everyday lives, can we start to add specific things to the list.
“I am wealthy. I have my own home. I am free. I enjoy the work I do.”
Or anything else we would like to manifest. Open yourself to this notion of a vast space all around you filled with options. There are many ways reality can show itself to us. Allow it to expand, do not limit it to your fears or worries. Do not try to shrink it based on your previous experiences. The past is gone. Don’t reinforce it by remembering it. Don’t let it penetrate this moment; that is all there is. That way, you create space for something new. Because a change will come if there is room for it.
Don’t worry about the HOW
Just because we cannot see how something can come to be, it doesn’t mean it is impossible. We keep worrying about how and missing the chance to take a step forward and do what we can in that particular situation. Take action, even the smallest one. Do you want to start writing? Get yourself a desk, or even a notebook. Act. By taking active steps, you start moving the energy in the direction where you want to go. Remember, you are not alone, no matter how much it sometimes feels that way. The Universe is listening, and it is responding to what you are emitting. So be decisive and do what you can. Let the rest unfold on its own. Be patient, but not passive.
New things need space. Change needs us out of the way. Stop interfering. It needs to feel welcome. We are the ones creating our reality in every single moment. So, let’s give it some space and some time. Before we start affirming how much money we have, or that beautiful house of ours, or the love of our life, let us pause and affirm that “Everything is possible.”
“Leave some space in your heart for the unimaginable”. – Mary Oliver
The seeds you plant will grow in this open field of endless possibilities. But first, we need a field. We need healthy soil for our dreams and hopes to grow. And as time passes, we will water them and take care of them, so they blossom and give fruit. Take care of the land first. Cover every corner of your subconscious with a firm belief in possibilities, open yourself to life, and allow whatever you want to happen to materialise. Give it space. It is not quite the same as believing it will happen. Just believe it could. Leave some space for the unexpected. For the mystery of life. It is only when you have an empty place for it that you can make your garden.
“When nothing is sure, everything is possible.” —Margaret Drabble
Every time you feel something is not possible, remember that you don’t know. The resources you have used to come to this conclusion are indeed limited, and they are limiting those other parts of you that do have the power to change things. To create. In the same way, there is a worst-case scenario there is a best-case scenario too. Focus on that one. Or at least acknowledge both exist. Repeat to yourself or others often, “I don’t know”. Uncertainty is a great start to manifestation. Consider that what you think you know is nothing more than what you have experienced in the past. It might have been true before, but it doesn’t exist anymore. The past has finished. You are here now, and you have the power to create something new for yourself. Forget what you know. Stay open to possibilities. This is the present moment, a fresh new beginning.
Guided practice: Step into the open field of endless possibilities
Step 1: Make some space
Start by focusing your attention on your breathing. You don’t have to take deep breaths; just breathe normally. Take your attention to your nostrils and follow how your breath goes in and out. When you breathe in the air feels cold; when you breathe out it is warmer. Stay with your breath even if your mind wanders off, that is completely normal, no need to analyse it or criticise yourself, bring your attention back to your breathing. Notice how you can’t focus on your breath and think at the same time. You are creating some space right now.
Step 2: Create a base
New Routine: “Everything is Possible.”
- Say it out loud throughout the day. Repeat it in the morning when you wake up or just before you fall asleep.
- Look at yourself in the mirror while you affirm: “Everything is possible.”
Before you go through this routine, remember to do at least a short breathing exercise. Breathe in and out three times and then affirm.
Continue focusing on your breath and let go of all those memories and thoughts trying to convince you otherwise. Breathe in and out. Repeat “Everything is possible”.
“If everything is possible, anything can happen. All my dreams can come true. Wonderful things can come my way.” Let the string of thinking continue in this direction. What does it mean to you?
Keep breathing naturally and keep this on your mind.
- Write it down on a post-it and put it somewhere where you’ll see it every day.
Notice how it makes you feel. Do you feel freer? Hopeful? Stronger? Let this phrase work its way through your heart and find a place there. This is not a logical or intellectual thing. It doesn’t even have to be a thought. It is a vibration. A flow that you are allowing to move through you freely. It is cleaning you from the inside out.
You breathe in and out, and the vibration of endless possibilities of everything this life has to offer moves through you, creating space. Space for everything beautiful that is going to come.
Step 3: Plant the seeds
Use Grabovoi sequences. Grigori Grabovoi is a Kazakhstani physician, mathematician, and the author of the teachings “On Salvation and Harmonious Development”. He showed that our consciousness is not only capable of reflecting reality through perception and sensation but is a creative force in itself. Grabovoi Numbers are sequences of numbers believed to hold specific vibrational frequencies and energetic properties. You can recite or visualise the number sequences to manifest a desired outcome. The numbers can be written down, spoken aloud, or visualised mentally. The sequence for “everything is possible” is 519 7148. Make sure you make a little pause where the space between numbers is, and have some fun playing with it!
When you are open, you can create. If anything can happen, then you can choose what you would like to happen too. Take your affirmations and go over your usual practices, whichever way you normally do them. Remember to take an active role in this process. Make space for things to appear.
Here is to clearing out the way so more goodness can come to you. May you find a joyful stillness to create from.
With love,
Marija
